PDG provides Construction Management, quality control management, and field coordination services for this multi-million dollar resort. The project features 299 rooms including 107 suite with floor to ceiling windows, world class décor, 12,000 sf meeting place, and unforgettable dining and nightlife experiences. The project also features several T.I. spaces that include the Cleo Mediterráneo, Fi’lia Restaurant, Bond nightclub, and exterior landscaping and improvements such as pools and hardscapes. PDG oversees many local and international general contractors, including the world's largest contractor - CCA.
