This new $35+ Million-dollar Resort and Residences will surely be the new top destination for South Belize. The project featured a 5-star boutique hotel with top notch amenities such as the Great House, Harbor House, Captain’s Building, Spa, Gym, Marina, Swimming Pools, and Tennis Courts. The other components of the project are 71 private residences ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom. These unique residences are located directly on the beautiful Placencia Beach or in the newly created lagoon marina giving each property breathtaking views and access to the water. Project Delivery Group was the Construction Manager overseeing all aspects of the project from design to construction completion.
