Kanantik is a massive 58,000 acre development valued at over $500 Million in Southern Belize situated along the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The project features a hotel and resort as well as over 2,800 private home lots. A major component of the project is the infrastructure work which includes power, sewage, storm, lot clearing and road construction. The project also features 2 hotels, retail, restaurants , an 18-hole golf course, and a private airport for residences and guests. The Project Delivery Group is the Program and Construction Manager overseeing the Preconstruction, Design, and Construction.
