3 Tides Fish House
Location: Nassau, Bahamas
The Project Delivery Group was the Construction Manager overseeing the Tenant Fit Out of this Fish House Restaurant. The spiral staircase was originally designed to be constructed out of glass but with costs exceeding the budget and schedule, PDG assisted with design efforts to construct out of framing and exotic Bahamian wood. The project came in under budget and completed ahead of schedule for the grand opening.
