Cortilles @ Black Mountain Ranch

Cortilles was one of 3 different communities within the Verrazano Community located within Black Mountain Ranch in San Diego, CA. The homes of Cortilles consisted of 3 different floor plans ranging from 2,300 sf to 4,000 sf. The 2 plan ended up winning the Gold Nugget award for best overall floor plan due to it’s indoor/outdoor amenities. Project Delivery Group was the site Construction Manager overseeing all aspects of the project from design to construction completion.
