PDG provides Construction Management, quality control management, and field coordination services for this multi-billion dollar 1,000 acre resort. The project features 1,800 rooms including 230 luxury suites. The project also features a Vegas Style 100,000sf Casino, Conference Center, 40 plus restaurants and bars, shopping and T.I. spaces, the 30,000 sf ESPA Luxury Spa, 200,000 square-foot indoor and outdoor convention facility, exterior landscaping and improvements to the (6) pools, hardscapes, aquarium, and a Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. PDG oversees many local and international general contractors, including the world's largest contractor - CCA.
