Rosewood - Little Dix Bay

Due to the damages sustained by Hurricane Irma, the Project Delivery Group has been hired for CM services and quality control supervision of a large international general contractor to rebuild this world class 5 star resort. The resort features patios or terraces with bay views, luxe rooms with exposed stone details, rooms come with minibars, Bose speakers, and flat-screen TVs. Suites have outdoor showers and Nespresso machines, while 1-bedroom suites add separate living areas. The 2- to 4-bedroom houses and villas add private pools and BBQ grills. There are 3 restaurants and 2 outdoor pools (including an infinity pool). Other amenities include a chic spa, a gym and a beach.
Project value is over $75 Million and is tracking to re-open late 2019.
