Project Completion Services

No Project is too big or complex for PDG when it comes to assisting the project over the finish line. We’ll present a clear path on how to proceed in order to correct quality and schedule deficiencies. The work starts with PDG presenting detailed punch lists of the current work installed, often in concert with the Owner’s design consultants to ensure design intent is met. An Owner can simply take the very detailed punch list report and continue with their General Contractor or engage PDG to price and organize the needed corrective efforts to complete the work. Every project is different, but the process of project completion requires a linear and well-directed process.
