During this difficult time, Project Delivery Group in partnership with Sliman West Construction, LLC can assist with rebuilding your home. We offer firsthand experience in restoring properties affected by devastating acts of God. We can assist our clients in assessing term of business interruption (if any), assisting in negotiations with insurance adjustors, identifying key third party vendors/design consultants to assess special systems or damage issues, complete design services and management of Architectural design team, and overall construction/construction management for the rebuilding efforts of your home. Currently we are rebuilding homes destroyed by the Tubbs fire of 2017 in Northern California.  Some examples of our experience include rebuilds from the Fountain Grove community where these custom homes range from 2,900 - 6,000 sf.
